All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. You may close your 9999game Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.

Upon termination of an Account for breach, 9999game reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud has been established, any winnings derived from such conduct.
